Itinerary Detail

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

After arriving in Delhi, our representative will welcome you and guide you to the hotel. Stay over night in the hotel. Delhi is one of the oldest business centers of the world. In fact, it is also one of the oldest Mughal epicenters of power and great cosmopolitan towns. Staying at Delhi will bring you close to historical Mughal power centers, modern city life and much more. Enjoy your morning breakfast, get set for sightseeing trip to Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat, and then Qutub Minar, Himayun Tomb, Jama Masjid and drive past India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Later in the afternoon, make visits to Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, Mahavir Ahinsa Sthal and Chhatarpur temple respectively. Return back to hotel. Enjoy your dinner and make a comfortable overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 02: Delhi - Jaipur (250 km / 5 hrs)

After enjoying tasty breakfast in the hotel, you will be heading for Jaipur later in the day. Transfer to pre booked hotel as soon as you reach Jaipur. Enjoy the rich Indian hospitality at your hotel as you are served with the dinner.

Excursion to Chokhi Dhani: 
In evening get ready to go for Chokhi Dhani, an ethnic village resort. In the village resort you can feel the liveliness of Rajasthani folk culture as traditional dress clad children dance to the folk tunes played by men and women. If you want to enjoy the joy rides, then you can go for the camel, horses and bullock carts rides. Return back to hotel. Enjoy your dinner and make a comfortable and easy overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 03: Jaipur

Get ready for sightseeing tour after enjoying the breakfast. Your sightseeing trip will begin from Amber Fort, strategically situated on a hilltop. The fort houses fabulous Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory, which has unique artistic arrangement of mirror walls, floors and ceilings. Amber Fort also has Goddess Kali temple. You can ride to Amber Fort on a decorated Elephant's back. It is truly an adventurous experience altogether. The old city of Jaipur was constructed by Maharaja Jai Singh II, on the lines of Shilpa-Shastra, which is the ancient Hindu architecture style. Maharaja Jai Singh II was also a great astronomer and he built Jantar Mantar Observatory, built in 1700's (A.D). Make sure that you visit the observatory to get the feel of astronomical advancements in the Rajputana dynasty. You should also explore City Palace and Ram Niwas Gardens and be the part of royal traditions and rituals. Later make the visit to fabulous City Palace, Birla Temple, Jantar Mantar Observatory and the Palace of Winds. In the evening get back to your hotel room. Have delicious dinner in your hotel and recluse back to comforts of hotel room.

Day 04: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (260 km / 6

After breakfast in the coffee shop, take road drive to Agra, and en route visit 400 year old Mughal city Fatehpur Sikri. The city exemplifies huge pavilions made from red sandstone. Also explore the elegantly designed and carved palaces and courtrooms. Drive further to reach Agra, where our representative will help you to make a check in the hotel room. Make your overnight stay in the hotel comfortable.

Day 05 - 06: Agra - Gwalior (By Train)

Agra was once the Mughal capital. It is well known across the globe for Taj Mahal –one of Seven Wonders of the World. The city is strategically situated on the West bank of river Yamuna, with the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal forming the centers. Taj Mahal is the finest creation of Mughal architecture. After enjoying the breakfast, visit Taj Mahal. The romantic monument was constructed by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 as a tribute to his lovable heart queen Mumtaz Mahal. Later you should also visit Agra Fort, which has Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Agra Fort exemplifies rich Mughal architecture as seen in Jehangir Mahal, Khas Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and Deewan-e-Am.

Make the visit to Itmad-ul-Daulah, which puts rich semblance of Persian architecture, and built by Empress Nur Jehan in remembrance of his father Ghias-ud-Din Beg. Later, in the afternoon, visit Sikandara, the Akbar's tomb. Later transfer to Agra railway station to board train to Gwalior. Gwalior is a splendid architectural city where one will find old Havelis, artistically carved doorways and windows. Almost every street you cross has a statue of Scindia family. The regal flavor is further provided to city through Museums, art galleries and the marvelously chiseled palaces. Sightseeing in Gwalior will take you through the eventful eras gone by. As soon as you arrive at Gwalior Railway station, you will be transferred to pre-booked hotel. Unwind and stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 07: Gwalior

After having breakfast visit Gwalior Fort. The fort with steep sandstone base and it dominates the modern city. The fort has been witness to many good and bad events in its historical past vis-à-vis imprisonments, battles and jauhars. In the evening transfer to railway station, for boarding train to Delhi. When you arrive at Delhi railway station, our assistance will help you to guide your way to pre booked hotel.

Day 08: Depart Delhi

Transfer to International airport from where you will catch flight to your onward destination.
