Here’s the specific person I dealt with, Dheeraj Khajuria. Ask for him specifically. Book the car and driver, as there is really no other way in that mass of human confusion; specify the driver Durgesh. He knows every major/minor route; he is courteous, prompt, known by the hotel staff, and so very, very refined.

The Taj Mahal was on my ‘bucket list’ but I was stunned at my own limited foresight. There was more – infinitely more – than I had even begun to imagine!

We are now back in the United States and I wanted to let you know that our Golden Triangle tour that you coordinated through Incredible Holiday Nov 5-9 was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the sites in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, and even the travel between the cities was enjoyable and enlightening. Our driver was most gracious and accommodating and the local guides at each site were very pleasant and very informative. Thank you again for arranging a great tour, and also thank you again for accommodating our last minute flight change made necessary by Kingfisher Airlines flight cancellation. We have many great memories.

Just a short note on our trip to Jaipur, Agra and New Delhi. On the whole we are quite pleased with the trip, The driver met us in Mumbai as promised, same in Jaipur with a tour guide and likewise in New Delhi. The driver from Jaipur to Agra was great. Polite and he cared. The two guides likewise did a good job.
